This page explains what happens to the data you leave on the Folgar waiting list. The app's privacy policy, once launched, is a separate one and lives inside the app and here.

What we keep

What you type in the form: email, plus name and company if you give them, the choice "owner, accountant or other", the language of the page, the date and, if you came from a link with parameters, those parameters. We use no cookies for tracking and no third-party analytics.

What for

To send you one email when Folgar launches, with the price. Only that, based on the consent you give in the form's checkbox.

Who is responsible

Oficina Studio, in Lisbon, which makes Folgar. You can write to the email shown at aoficinastudio.pt.

For how long and where

Until the launch email or until you ask to leave the list, whichever comes first. The data stays on a server of ours, in Europe, and is not shared with anyone.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we kept, and withdraw consent at any time, through the same contact. You can also file a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
